FAQ

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Yes! I travel for weddings every year. This includes outside of the Algoma district in Ontario, to other provinces in Canada, and to other countries, including those in the Caribbean.

I actually am a destination wedding bride myself. I got married in 2015 in the Mayan Riviera, so not only do you get a wedding photographer, but you also get a destination wedding guru who can provide you with endless tips and tricks to make planning that much easier.

Will there be a second shooter?

No! I photograph weddings alone. I like to be in control and curate the magic I create behind my camera. I also have more than enough personality that it will seem like there are many cameras and multiple photographers on you at all times.

Can I extend my package on the day of my wedding?

Yes! When you book a wedding with me, you're my only commitment that day. I am always available for longer, should you need me. I charge $300 + HST for every additional hour added onto your wedding package.

How late does your reception coverage go until?

This will all depend upon your wedding timeline. But generally, I do not stay later than 10:00pm. By this point in the evening, I will have captured all of the big reception moments - speeches, first dances, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, and some dance floor shenanigans. After 10:00pm, the party gets rowdy, and sometimes, that's best left un-documented.

How do you deliver your photos?

My goal with my business is to always keep costs down, and to keep prices as affordable as possible for my couples. Because of this, I only deliver digital images via Pixieset. You will receive a custom gallery that will never expire for you to view and download your photos. In the past, I have delivered flash drives to couples, however, technology changes so fast, that sometimes the technology isn't useable in a year's time (you may have noticed that many laptops nowadays don't have regular USB ports anymore, for example). This way, you never have to worry about losing your wedding photos or devices becoming broken, corrupt, or obsolete.
